Engine Rebuilds & Replacements (MP7/MP8)

• Test-first diagnosis (compression/leak-down, injector balance, oil analysis, boost & cooling system tests) to confirm the failure and scope.
• In-frame or out-of-frame rebuilds: cylinder head, liners/pistons, bearings, oil pump, cam/rocker, timing components, gasket/seal kits, and overhead set.
• Aftertreatment integration: clean/replace DPF, verify EGR/DEF dosing, calibrate sensors so the new build doesn’t get pulled into regens/derates.
• Replacement options: Mack/approved reman long blocks with documentation when downtime or economics favor a swap.

Transmission Rebuild/Repair/Replacement (mDRIVE & Manual)

• mDRIVE diagnostics (actuator/clutch wear, shift forks, solenoids, TCM updates) and manual gearbox service (syncros, bearings, seals).
• Clutch/flywheel replacement and driveline refresh (u-joints, carrier bearings, seals) to eliminate vibration and protect the new build.

• Rebuilds or reman swaps with calibrations, adaptations, and road test to spec.

Preventive Maintenance & Fleet Programs
